Information about the swine flu:
The Local Conference Organising Team has sought advice from the Health Protection Agency, and at this time they have confirmed that there are no plans to cancel community gatherings, and are not recommending any additional precautions over the usual health and safety measures in place.

The registration fee covers:
- Admission to all academic sessions
- EURAM Membership fee for the calendar year 2010, i.e. commencing 1 January 2010. (Payment of this fee is required for attendance at the EURAM Conference)
- Handout materials and information package
- Tea / coffee breaks throughout the conference
- Conference lunches,
- Welcome reception
- Social events included in the conference program (to include the Gala Dinner)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made by 1st April 2009: reimbursement of 50% of the conference fee
Cancellations made after 1st April 2009: NO reimbursement
